01

The challenge

A forty-year-old family catering house had a real operational advantage and no way to communicate it. Its audience is genuinely trilingual: Moroccan families search and read in French and Arabic, while corporate clients and the diaspora arrive in English. Arabic is not a translation problem but a layout problem, because the entire interface has to mirror. The house also competes on trust that is difficult to assert credibly: an owned brigade, an in-house cooking school and forty years at one address. Finally, almost every enquiry in this market begins on WhatsApp, not on a contact form.

02

The solution

We built one website that treats French, English and Arabic as equal first-class versions rather than a primary language with translations bolted on. Each language has its own URL structure, its own metadata, its own canonical and its own localised structured data. The Arabic version is a complete right-to-left interface in which navigation, logo placement, reading order and calls to action all mirror. The content strategy leads with the specific, verifiable facts that justify the price: the same family since 1986, an owned brigade, an in-house school, and nationwide coverage. Every page routes toward WhatsApp as the fastest path to a real conversation, with telephone and address as fallbacks.

User experience

The journey opens on a real reception already in progress, moves to the specific facts that justify trust, separates six event types so a visitor can self-select quickly, then ends in a single WhatsApp step that reaches the family directly.

Main objectives

Make a forty-year family reputation credible to a first-time visitor

Serve French, English and Arabic audiences as equals

Deliver a true right-to-left experience rather than a translated layout

Route enquiries to WhatsApp, the channel this market actually uses

Build local SEO foundations for Casablanca and nationwide searches

Present six distinct event types without diluting the core offer

Main features

Trilingual interface in French, English and Arabic

Complete right-to-left layout for the Arabic version

Language-specific URL paths for every route

hreflang across all three languages with an x-default

Localised LocalBusiness structured data per language

A dedicated page for each of the six service categories

WhatsApp-first enquiry flow with telephone fallback

Gallery of real receptions rather than stock photography

Responsive layout from mobile through desktop

The outcome

A forty-year reputation, finally legible in three languages.

The house now has a single address that speaks to every part of its audience in its own language and script. Thirteen pages are published across three languages, giving thirty-nine addressable URLs, each with its own metadata, canonical and structured data so that search engines can serve the right language to the right visitor. Enquiries arrive through WhatsApp, where this market already communicates, and reach a member of the family directly rather than a form queue.
