Project agreements
Every project is governed by an agreed proposal or contract defining the scope, responsibilities, timeline, fees, ownership and support period. Work begins only after the relevant agreement is accepted.
Results and guarantees
We commit to the agreed implementation responsibilities and quality standards. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads or other business outcomes because they also depend on your market, offer, traffic, team and sales process.
Third-party services
Projects may connect to third-party services such as hosting, analytics, payment providers, calendars or AI providers. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.
