Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry or use the Project Assistant, we may collect your name, professional email, company details, website, project requirements, budget range, timeline and messages.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your request, assess whether the project is a suitable fit, respond to you and arrange a strategy call when requested. We do not sell submitted information.
Website analytics
We measure visits with our own privacy-friendly analytics. It uses no cookies and never stores your IP address. For each visit we record the pages viewed, the time spent on them, how you reached the site (for example a search engine, a social network or a campaign link), your approximate location (country and city), your device type, browser and language, and actions such as opening the assistant or contacting us. This helps us understand which pages are useful. Visit data is kept for up to 12 months, after which only anonymous daily totals remain.
Advertising cookies
If you accept advertising cookies in the banner, we load the measurement tags of the ad platforms we use (such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat and OpenAI) and share the visit and conversion events they need to measure our ads, including a hashed version of your email when you send us a request. If you decline, these tags never load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the site.
Storage and service providers
Project enquiries and assistant conversations may be stored securely using the services configured for this website, including Supabase and Vercel. Access is limited to the people responsible for reviewing project requests.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by emailing saili@wecanbuild.tech. You can also choose not to submit optional information.
