The challenge

A wedding in the Fes medina brings together guests from Casablanca, Europe and beyond. A printed card cannot tell them how to reach a riad in car-free lanes, where to sleep, what to wear or when to reply, so the family ends up answering the same questions by phone for weeks. Collecting replies by message is just as messy.

02

The solution

The invitation is one elegant page that acts as the card, the guide and the RSVP desk. It opens on the couple and a live countdown, tells their story, then lays out the day hour by hour: the mint-tea welcome, the ‘Aqd, the Amariya entrance, dinner, the Andalusian orchestra and the send-off. A venue section explains how to reach the riad through Bab Boujloud, with a map and directions. A travel guide covers the airport, the train from Casablanca and three places to stay with prices. Guests reply through a short RSVP form with no account needed, and the family reads every answer on a password-protected admin page.

User experience

Guests open the link from WhatsApp and are greeted by the couple and a countdown. They scroll through the day as it will unfold, find the venue and the hotels, and reply in a few taps without creating an account.

The outcome

An invitation that is also the guide and the RSVP desk.

One shareable link replaces the printed card, the directions message and the RSVP spreadsheet. Guests arrive knowing where to go and what to expect, and the family sees every reply and guest count in one private place. The same system adapts to engagements, henna nights, birthdays and corporate events.
