01

The challenge

Handmade homeware sells on story and quality, but buyers in the Gulf also expect a smooth, familiar shopping flow and prices in their own currency. The store had to feel crafted and warm while behaving like a serious e-commerce site, from browsing to checkout.

02

The solution

The homepage opens on a warm lifestyle scene and the promise of bringing Morocco into the home, then lets visitors shop by category: tableware, textiles, lighting, baskets and decor. Featured pieces show their price in AED immediately. The shop lists eight products with category filters; each product page has a full description, a quantity selector, add to cart and buy it now, reassurance on shipping, returns and craftsmanship, and related pieces. The cart updates live with an order summary, and the checkout collects contact and shipping details next to the order total. A clear notice explains that no payment is processed.

03

User experience

Visitors browse by category, open a product, add it to the cart and move to checkout without friction, with the price, delivery and returns information visible at every step.
